Entry-Level Customer Success Representative

Location : US / UK Remote ( Full Time )
We're looking for a motivated and hardworking individual with an interest in technology and customer service to join our fast paced organization. We're looking for someone with a keen interest in learning new things and a willingness to search for simple solutions to complex problems.
Full training required to fulfil this role will be provided but having a willingness to search and explore for solutions is key to success in this role.
As this is an entry level role, we do not require experience in this specific industry but customer service based experience would be helpful.
Valued Experience
- An Understanding of Linux , how to install etc ... ( not required but preferred )
- Experience in working with customers in any capacity , solving problems for customers - serving and assisting customers.
- An Understanding of Windows , how to install etc ... ( not required but preferred )

This is a customer support role, where you will work in a key role, serving our customers alongside our engineers. You will be responsible for carrying out basic processes for our customers and coordinating responses for our clients - providing resolution to complex issues for our clients. You will be exposed to more and more as you develop in this role with the end-goal to qualify you for promotion to engineer once the relevant training and development has been completed.
